Our purpose is to fulfill the commission of our Lord Jesus Christ as found in Matthew 28: 19-20. Specifically, we shall strive to preach the gospel; win the lost; train the saved; encourage Christian fellowship; and provide a place of worship.
The Holy Bible is the inspired word of God and is the basis for our statement of faith. We band ourselves together as a body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ personally committed to sharing the good news of salvation to lost mankind. The ordinances of the Church are baptism and the Lord’s Supper. Our Church agrees to and endorses the doctrinal statement of “The Baptist Faith and Message” as adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention in 2000 and as amended by our By-Laws. All teaching and literature used in the Church shall be in complete agreement with the Statement of Faith.
